We are currently looking for Full time Interior Sales Executive for our experience center which has Modular Kitchens, wardrobes etc. on display located in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Job Role
- Responsible for effective conversion of walk-in, leads, reference customers.
- Follow up on leads, maintain pipeline and will make effort to generate new leads through liaising with freelance architects and designers.
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of in-house interior designers.
- Following up with the clients for payments, delivery schedule, and updating the client of progress when necessary.
- Ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, translated, agreed and delivered in a manner which creates positive client perception.
- Creating daily report of walk-ins, lead status, meetings and sales conversion.
- Prepare presentation, quotation, and pro-forma invoice as per given format.
- Liaising with execution team and give regular updates on project status internally and to the customer.
- Responsible for maintaining the look and feel, cleanliness of the showroom.
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional responsibilities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Understanding of home interiors domain is a must.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Should be experienced in Interior Designing Sales with knowledge of designs, dimensions, materials, colours, mood boards, civil structures etc.
- Should have good understanding of the products, costing, and having good knowledge of turnkey interior solution work flow.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
- Knowledge & Experience in Residential Projects – Villas and upscale apartment communities etc.
- Attention to detail and proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results.
- Effective communicator who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, vendors etc and advanced written communication skills.
- Have own means of transport.
- At least Bachelor’s degree preferred, but for experienced candidates this is not mandatory.
Experience
- 2-5 years of Sales experience in the home interiors domain.
